Work For Us

Whether you are an experienced consultant looking for an environment that enables you to flourish, or looking for your first step into the recruitment industry and a company that will provide you with the foundations for success in recruitment, look no further.

OSR Recruitment is a unique agency based in the heart of Norwich city centre. We are known for delivering a custom recruitment service to all of our clients and candidates across the UK. We are specialised in a growing number of sectors and industries including Marketing, Commercial, IT, Finance, Engineering, Construction, Technical, Scientific, and Automotive.
To get to the root of OSR’s values, it is also important to recognise what we do not do. We don’t burden our consultants with KPIs, measuring you in impersonal numbers and figures and statistics. We do not overwhelm our staff with unachievable targets, neither do we focus incessantly on fast tracking people to unattainable perfection.

The process of learning how to become an efficient, effective and ever-evolving consultant is unique to each individual. Our Specialist Recruitment Managers endeavour to uncover potential and utilise your intrinsic skills to reach your goals. We take the personal approach to understanding you and the way you work, the way you respond, and the way you learn. We recognise that we can learn from each other regardless of how experienced we are. We nurture our consultants, and our experienced managers go above and beyond to provide personalised learning and training processes.

We intend to foster the brightest and best recruitment consultants with careful guidance and ongoing training. Whatever your working background so far, recruitment is for you if you are…
