- Fact finding Carrying out a personal visit to your business, obtaining a detailed job description and person specification. Agreeing on a timeline from receipt of initial CVs to actual anticipated start date of the OSR candidate. Gaining in-depth knowledge about your business and recruitment procedures, including past experiences, to enable us to tailor make our service specifically to suit you.
- Sourcing Candidates Full advertising campaign management. Internal and external candidate database search. Conducting pre-screening, comprehensive registrations, candidate references and skill testing prior to submitting shortlist to you.
- Vacancy fulfilment Submission of pre-selected Profiles and CVs for recommended candidates. Based upon your instruction, arrangement of interviews (including briefing applicants on required preparation). Subsequently providing comprehensive candidate feedback to deadline. Coordinating offers and rejections.
- After care Obtaining your feedback based on our performance following each recruitment campaign and using this positively to streamline our processes to best suit your business for future campaigns. Maintaining contact to ensure we have a sound understanding of your business and how we can be of service moving forward.
